I just found out that INs has cashed in the check I had sent with my I484/EAD/AP filing.

Concurrent I485 receipt!

Hi,

I was sent a copy of the I485/I765/I131 receipt notice by my company immigration department and all of them have a

Received Date of 10/30/2002
Notice Date of 11/13/2002

My I140 details are:
Cat: EB-3 (Labor Substitution)
RD: 06/01/2002
ND: 06/08/2002

Some movement overall! :)

I actually found out yesterday online status that my EAD application is also approved. below are the details. However AP is not yet approved, I expect that also to be approved anyday now. To my ammusement, I just input my I140 # and could not belive my eyes to see that it has also been approved.
Actually I do not know how big a difference it makes to have I140 approved. Still a good thing.

Congrats upon your I 140 approval my friend... it is a big deal. I am next in line with almost same situation as you. My RD is 1st NOV for everything. I hope to hear something very soon on EAD and I140. It seems that they do look at your I 140 before they send you the EAD. Please correct me if I am wrong..

Hmmmm!

Everything seems to have come to a standstill. Whats happening guys. No new aprovals. My I140 pending since June 14th. Lately I came to know, for 485 petiotions filed in November even the checks have not cleared in the bank. Probably INS did not deposit the checks. Has it something to do with Computer systems being changed at Vermont or is it the season.
