Hi Guys...

I-140/485/Ap mailed on 08/14/03.
How do I findout about my RD and ND. The checks were given by my employer.
I asked my lawyers office and she said it will take 3 months to get my ND...which is clearly incorrect based on the tracker ..
I can see that :
MD RD ND
Sai EB3 8/13/03 8/14/03 8/25/03

VV_GC EB3 8/19/03 8/20/03 8/27/03

so my question is .. will I get something in the mail or my employer ( or the lawyers off ) will get the ND.

Your lawyer will get RD and ND.
Check with your employer.At the back of the checks you can find the EAC.

Hi NVC

It seems like your layer is not giving you the correct information regarding receipts for what ever reason. As far my case is concerned, my layer told me the Mail date and Receive Date ( He knew Receive Date since he tracked Fed-Ex package). After around 10 days my layer received receipts for all applications ( I-140, I-485 etc) and he faxed me all receipts. Once you receive receipts you can see Received Date and Notice Date on receipts.

Who is getting receipts?

Assuming you or your company hired a lawyer,

1) If you signed separate G-28s for each application (140/485/131/765), your lawyer will get all receipts;

2) If you signed only one G-28, your lawyer will get the receipt for I140, and either you or the lawyer will get the other receipts depending on who is handling your applications.

Update Tracker with my info

Updated Tracker with my information.
Can someone tell what is I-131 for, for my husband, the status check says, that additional information has been requested for the I-131 receipt number. My Lawyer has not informed me anything and neither has asked for any additional document, can anyone say what could they want for this.
Also the I-131 receipt for myself says that they do not have information available for it, what does that mean??
 
140 query

I casually checked the BCIS online status using my EAC numbers. For my 140, it says

"On September 5, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed."

called the attorney, he said, he did not get any information from the BCIS yet. I wonder what it might be!!

I do not have any further updates on my EAD or AP.........

any inputs on this....?
 
HI Guys

Looks like "qqlabour" was the last guy whose EAD came thru.
If anybody else , who is after 'qqlabour' in the tracker, and got their EAD, will please update the tracker.
