Had a question, when one gets EAD and AP approved, does the I-140/485 status change to reflect that? Or it stays the same and you get the EAD and AP approved and it changes only after 140/485 is approved?
I understand that there has certainly been erratic processing time as far as the VSC is concerned . But I would like to know if EB3 categories take longer time than EB2's . Or where in he GC processing do they differentiate between and EB2 and EB3 .
Hi,
My labor got approved recently.
I asked my company about concurrent filing.
My company agreement that they sent me says that they will withdraw my I129 when the EAD comes out.
What if my I-140 runs into problems after my I129 is withdrawn. Can anyone explain the potential problems if such a thing happend, so that I can ask my attorney the right questions.
The other option they are giving me is NOT doing concurrent filling.
If your company withdraws your H1-B approval and for whatever reason your I-140 or I-485 have any issues or denied, you might be out of status. I would strongly suggest you should talk to a good immigration attorney.
