A week ago it said on aug 25th they have mailed the AP approval.
Now it says, on Aug 30th they have mailed directly to the applicant, which is me. Till now I did not get. Probably in couple of days.

Same update as yours Ananya, seems we are on same boat and heading to same destination. Lets hope for miracles :)
 
2nd FP for spouse

My attorney has received a second Fp notice for my wife with an appointment in Oct. Weird thing is I did not receive a copy and its only for my wife. I am going to give my FP receipts from the one we did on Aug 14 to the attorney and they will respond to USCIS.
No update on any LUDs - my 140 and wife's 485 have not changed since July. Both have original 360 - 720 days type of messages.

I just received my FP notice mail yesterday. No email notification for it.

I have seen Pilot approvals posted on this site before where people did not get EAD approvals till the 485 was approved - It is possible you will get all approvals together. Hope is eternal.

In USCIS processing time, it shows EAD is July 23... It was published on Aug 18th. Till now my case for EAD did not move..
I applied on EB2 and according to the paper receipt it is July 15th and according to online, it is July 14th.

Ananya, I have same date as yours (July9/14), no updates on EAD yet. I'd seen posts on this forum who got ead approval with july 28 RD. As you said, USCIS processing time says July23. Can we follow up anything on this.

My attorney says if you have sufficient time on h1 and not yet received EAD, the case is on fast track (pilot). Not sure if this is true. However my friend with RD of July 16 has not yet received EAD, but have completed FP and has AP.
 
Case Update and early FP info?

FP Notices received on Sept 2nd
FP appointments - Oct 15th
Spouse EAD approved Sept 2nd, but the LUD was updated today

So maybe folks waiting for EAD it takes a while for the LUD to get updated.

If I wish to get an early FP done is there a particular time/day that works better in the SJ office, please advice.

gc_doc - try to go to SJ office for early fp on tuesdays or wednesdays around 2 pm. Tuesday 2:30 worked for me.

Got ead approval mails with approval date sept2 today. Good to see these approved.
 
What does this mean?

Can some explain to me in the plain english what the email from USCIS means.

Can you please let me know what these notices mean. There is a similar posting on the website for my spouses' application too. I hope it means the case is going on as it should.

What this is saying is:
1. Your Advance Parole is approved on Sept 3 - The email regarding I131 filing
2. Your EAD application is being processed and max processing time is 90 days. (Currently it seems to be taking them 4-6 weeks based on this forum). - from your online status for I765

I did my ealy FP at SJC on Aug 12. go for it around 2pm, you should be able to get it done. All the best !

My EAD card took about a week after online approval, but it went to my attorney and that added another 3 days delay in getting it in my hands.

It happened with my EAD, It was updated on 27th aug, but approved on 3rd sep.

Congrats on your success. I had a question for you. Was your pending H1 extension for a 7th year? I was just wondering since there have not been too many approvals around your RD and maybe your H1 application could have triggered your 485 approval.
