July Concurrent filling in EB2 CATEGORY (CALIFORNIA)

140 aprroved on 04/11/2005

I just received email from USCIS yesterday saying that my 140 was approved on 04/11/2005.

No update for the 485s though. :mad:

I haven't see a lot of July filers getting 485 approvals, only a couple of them, for the past several weeks. Don't know what CSC is doing.

I have the same observation. We are July filer. Name check pending. 140 approved.
I check the Dec filer forum. Many of them have got their 485 approved.
 
Anyone not approved yet ?

Just to keep all of you informed that I had an update on 03/30/06 on 485, EAD & AP. Have filed AC21 last week, and maybe they received the documents and hence the update. Am not sure if the lawyer also sent the EAD & AP renewal too and hence the update on them too. Will confirm from lawyer and keep the forum informed of the developments.

By the way, anyone still pending from July 2004 receipt date or am I the only one?

I had sent an email asking for the status. I got the reply just before they stopped replying to the emails.
