July concurrent filers: Have you cleared name-check ?

July concurrent filers:

Some of you have 10/27 LUD, some of you don't. For most even FP is done and results are received by CSC. Looking at statistical data, July cases should
fall into Pilot program and be cleared by now. I am noticing increasingly that
September cases are getting cleared faster. So its quite hard to predict in
what order CSC is processing our I-140 or I-485.

Only thing that remains undone is whether FBI name-check results are
received by CSC. Has any of you tried to find that out for your case ?
If yes - can you elaborate your experience for all of us ? I am soon planning
to send query to FBI and will share my experience then.
 
I am in the same boat except I had a substituted labor. My ND for all the applications is 8/5/04 and FP received ND is 10/19/04. I did not go for an early FP. EAD and AP have been approved. I intend to pursue the name check with FBI. Let me know what happens in your case.

I have sent in an email for name check on this wednesday. I must have got into pilot program because I got RFE for 140 in September and it was replied in October, and 140 was cleared on 4th November. After that I am stuck ...no change in 485 except 27th October. Still waiting, hoping for a miracle !!!!

I sent an email to the FBI on Monday - no response yet.

My RD dates are exactly like yours (Jul. 29). I got my AP and EAD 2 days before yours, and completed FP on Sept. 2. The USCIS site states that my FP data was received Sept. 9 - followed by the generic, uninformative message "....processing has resumed... blah, blah". I don't know how to check for LUD, so have no information on that.

Like you, I've noticed that many Sept. folks are being approved and suspect that the name check is stalling everything. Prior to FP, everything got approved very quickly.

I'll post if anything changes. As always, good luck to those still waiting.

PS: Can anyone comment if Consular Processing (CP) works faster - particularly from the consulates in Bridgetown or Kingston? Just wonder if CP is faster than AP/EAD. Thanks in advance.

Finally approved. Thanks to the forum for helping me keep my sanity over the last 3 years by realizing that there are many other people in the same boat. Good luck and speedy approvals to all those waiting.

08/05/2004 = I485/AP/EAD: Notice sent (ND) by UCIS
08/24/2004 = Advance Parole approved
08/23/2004 = EAD approved
08/23/2004 = 1st FP notice received with appointment date as 10/05/2004
09/01/2004 = Early FP done
09/09/2004 = FP results received
01/03/2005 = I797C received stating that I485 approved.

did you have any LUD for your 140/485 application between 09/09/2004 and
01/03/2005?

Didn't ever check for LUDs - never got the phone number. Still recovering from all the calls I made when the case was at the Labor Cert. State Level!

Did send an email to FBI on name check status in Decemeber, but never got a reply.

I have the MS requirements.

Other July cases should be approved soon, since there's really nothing special about mine.

My I-145 & I-485 was filed concurrent in July.
Our company does not give I140/I485 WAC number to employees.
Is there a way I can find them.
I have A# number from EAD/Advance parole.
My FP notice did not have them as number was like FPS*....

I guess it should have been picked by Pilot.

His RD = 27th July 04 (RD/ND are the same as mine)
ND = 3rd Aug 04
FP = Mid Sep
LUD = last week on 485 only. No LUD on 140 ( not sure of the date). He also had LUD on 27th Oct.
Approval mail = 1st Feb 05 - for both 140 and 485.

Friends,

Just wanted to pass on the good news.

My 140/485, spouse 485 got approved on Feb 23.
I also applied for an 8th yr ext, this to got approved on Feb 23.

I am not sure if my h1 ext appln filed on 2/16 using premium kicked off
my applications to the approval path.

I got laid off once in 140 stage, made a self move to leave another application after 2+ years of LC application. Made the switch to new employer at the final stages of 6th year.

Thanks to all.

I am going to wait for the approval's in mail and schedule an appointment using infopass, do any of u know if one appointment ok for both me and wife?
