I haven't received EAD approval notice. I got EAD cards only. Did you receive EAD approval notices later?

LUD for password change?

LUD changed for my 485 today. Message remains same. No change of I140 LUD. I had to change the password for uscis case status. Does this trigger LUD change?

Even my LUD for 485 changed as 10/27... Donot know what's going on

Other pilot filers please post your LUD changes... we can try to analyse some pattern..
 
I just checked mine and my spouse's. There is no change either on
I-140 or I-1485 LUD. See my dates in signature. But I am end-of-july-filer,
so I can tell in few days if anything changes.

When you check the case online, you would see the date and message. Wo, when you guys all talk about LUD (Last update) change, you all see the date against the message changed but not the message? Is this what you call a LUD change? Can someone please clarify what an LUD change is?
 
I'm in the same boat. I485 LUD changed to 10/27/2004 for spouse and myself but no change in I140 LUD.

Heard nothing for over a month.

Looks like they did some kind of DB refresh on 10/27. My LUD also changed but no change in status.
 
Update - Approval

My wifes status has been updated last night as follows..
'On October 29, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.'

I think this means approval, but not sure. When my case was approved the status was something different. Anyways, I am happy for now - finally we are done with the USCIS.
