July Concurrent filling in EB2 CATEGORY (CALIFORNIA)

Question regarding CSC eb2 eligibility

Does CSC pilot program applied to all Eb2 Non NIW candidates from May 04 or only selected EB2 non NIW candidates?

Does any body know someone who is EB2 non-NIW, applied after May 04 and NOT going through pilot program?

I received FP Notice today for 31st august and like to go early..

Has any body gone for it at San Francisco.., any preference for time and day ?

Can we go to any other center like San Jose, Oakland

Did early FP over the weekend at San Jose center. Funny thing is my online status only shows FP notice being sent for my case not my spouse. No update after completing FP.

No change in status, but LUD is changing

Hi,

We did FP on 08-12-04, but status still says "Rec. on... sent Notification on.."
LUD is changed twice ...
 
third fp notice ?

I'd my first fp scheduled for sept 2, I did my early fp on aug 5, i got another one scheduled for sept 3 on aug 4.I gave the second one when i went to san jose asc for fp.

My status online changed to 'Finger printing received case resumed' on aug 12.

I got another fp rescheduled notice. Is it something normal, i think this could be mistake with bcis system.

let me know if i need to followup / do anything
 
Hi,

I also received Second FP notice. This time the appt. date is Sept 03, 2004.

My lawyer advised me to attend the second appointment and take copies of the confirmations that we received when first went for fingerprinting. The officer at the ASP can determine whether there is a need for fingerprinting again. If there is no need to be fingerprinted, he or she may stamp your notice with a stamp that says something like newfingerprints not required, fingerprinting completed.


I have a related question - typically how long it takes for a change in status or LUD after FPing. I completed FP on Aug 12 but yet there is no change or update on my case

Status Change

There is an update on my status:

"On August 18, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your
I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

Any idea what does it mean? Does it mean my case is still active and somebody ( hopefully !) is working on it ?

Same update as you both. My status has also been updated today with FP result recd status - no update on my spouse's case. That WAC did not even get update on FP notice sent - it still only has the 'Case received on July 8th' status. :confused:

Congrats Frodo, Any updates on EAD ?

I too have same RD/ND (Jul9/14) as yours, Did my early FP on Aug 5. No updates/movement in my case

131 approved on 19th Aug

Early finger printing done on 21st Aug in Oakland.

Was your online status updated when you got the fingerprint notice? i.e, fingerprint notice sent etc?

Hi Parrotwac

No my online status was not updated when the Fp notice was sent. I am assuming it will update after they receive the fingerprints. Will keep the forum updated on the development of my case.

I also wanted to mention that those people who want to do fingerprinting in Oakland, there is bart station close to INS office. Also bus no 51 of AC transit goes there. Hope this info helps someone !

FP Notice - Status Check?

Similar question as a few others, how do we know if the FP notices are sent out? My application was sent on July 20th and the notice date is July 26th, no FP notice yet. anybody else with similar dates in same situation :( thanks
