July 2005 AOR..buffalo timeline...

hey G!

thanks for the link. it's friday and it seems that not a whole lot of people are posting much today. btw, i've also updated our list and added a column for "Police Clearance". I'm thinking maybe i should put gridlines for easier viewing??

with gridlines
without gridlines
or shaded

let me know what you think,
zad :)

Hi Zad,

Good thing you added police clearance.

For the website format my vote would go to gridlines versio. I think it gives a clearer view of the timelines.

Have a good one,
Gerula

hello

Yes I am here.

I was not able to visit the forum for the last few days.

I am from India but I am currently in the US.

I haven't heard from the embassy after sending the IELTS scores.

I hope you folks don't have to take the exam. It takes a while to schedule it. Plus you need to prepare for it which is even more difficult :;

Hey G! I thought so too (gridlines)...i also will do alternate shading to make it easier to view each individual's timeline. ;) thanks for the link...i just hope that our timeline wouldn't be that long (crossing my fingers). from what i've read, UK apps take years to process...way longer than Buffalo apps.

glad to see you back, spce94mech! did you submit your pcc and fbi clearance along with your initial app? i've updated your info in our list. :)

July 2005 AOR Buffalo Timeline List

hope to hear more from others...will be gone the whole week next week...don't want you think that i've abandoned you all... :D

zad :)

hello

pretty quiet here...where is everybody? just thought i'd bump us up! hope we hear something positive soon.

cheers,
zad :)

Hey zad,

Sorry for the delay in posting.

The review of our files in September 2006 is not taking me by surprise. Lots of people submitted application since the threshold went down to 67 points. My guess is our files will come up for review in June or July this year, but I don't exclude September either. Too bad...but there nothing to do but waiting for a while....

Cheers,
Gerula

Hey Zad,

You say: "...does it mean that june05 apps are being assessed now???"...my personal oppinion: NO. I guess his file is under review because of special circumstances.

His story is really complicated...assuming all the facts (i.e. details of the case) are well understood / interpreted by tz.

The thing I'm using for prediction of file reviewing time is the YOGI. Although, some people post crap occasionally it gives a decent image on where the CIC is. As well as the forums...of course.

I'll be out for the next week but I hope I'll get my IA letter when I'll return.

All the best,
Gerula

The IA thing was a joke  of course but the Smileys didn't want to work for me.

Gerula

PS. Now they work...

i've seen May05 AORs assessed last March in other forums and there's one lady from China in yogi's site...oh well, just hoping we get ours soon... :)

Hi Tracy,

Glad you joined the thread :p .

Hopefully more people will get involved.

Cheers,
Gerula

Welcome back G! :) Hope you had a great vacation! It's May and hopefully we get some good news soon... It's great that you invited Tracy over.

Hi Tracy! It's nice to see you here. :) Do you mind posting your fiance's timeline and any pertinent details of his application (based on the list July 2005 AOR Timeline List)? thanks!

cheers,
Zad

My timeline:

App sent June - 2005
AOR July 21 - 2005
IELTS sent- December 2005
Post - Buffalo
Skilled worker class
Waiting for IA now..:)

Hi all,

Thanks Z. Vaccation was great....Cuba....

Welcome linie! Did they ask you for IELTS? If yes, when?

Z and all, I would have a suggestion for the timeline website: how about adding a column for the type of application? (i.e. SW, spousal or whatever).

Cheers,
Gerula

Hi Zad,

I don't mind posting, but you may need to give me directions on how. I was in there but didn't see how to post my info.

Thanks for the welcome everyone.

Question: It seems like many people are getting requests for IELTS (that's the language test right?). We didn't. I assuming it is because my fiance is American born with English as his native language. Any thoughts anyone?
