Receive FP Notice today

According to my attorney, my finger print is scheduled on May 28. I was almost desperate because I didn\'t receive AP and EAD till now. And everybody keep saying INS will stop processing the case. So this is a good news to me.

H1B Expires... Didn\'t get iEAD

my H1 expires on May 15th. I applied for iEAD after 90 days and
they didn\'t give one(Seattle office). Took another application and
told me to wait for appointment. Anyway I am going to try again on May 1st. Attorney is telling that evenif I am not getting
the iEAD, I can continue with a letter from Attorney stating the
situation. Th eEmployer will do whatever the attorney tells.
I am not confident about the whole deal.
Company didn\'t apply for H1- extension due to cost-cutting measures!!

any comments? will I be out of status after May 15th?

Who will receive the FP notice?? Lawyer or the applicant?? If lawyer receives the original, do we receive the copy of it??

and my attorney notified me they receive the notification. I didn\'t get the AP approval till now.

FPs are pre-scheduled by an centralized automated system (at the time of printing receipts) so they keep coming. The delay (if there is any..) would be on approvals only.

Planning to go early FP.
