Mailed I485 , EAD and AP applications today!!!!!

How long will it take to get receipt? Are they still doing faster?
Please post your input guys!!!
 
I-485 in NSC is becoming slower and slower?

Last week, AVM said that it will take 330-360 days, but now it say 360-390 days!!
It is slower in NSC?

my spouse got ead and ap but not me.

hi all,
we mailed on the same day nd date is same for both of us but my spouse got approved but mine is same old message it will take 60-75 days to process .in my case my spouse is primary.Is this common ?

How do you know if your application was submitted for CP or AOS?
On my I140 application in the section 4 , it was mentioned like this:
"Below give the U.S. consulate you want notified if this petition is
approved and if any requested adjustment of status cannot be granted"

U.S CONSULATE CITY COUNTRY
Chennai India
Does this drive the application is submitted for CP??
Please let me know .. I am worried now because , who had their 140
approved for CP and later applied for AOS taking longer time..
what do you have for this on your i140 application?

ND - 01/14/02
EAD - 01/18/02 ( EAD applied for my wife only . My company refused to apply EAD for me since I still have another 2 years on my H1)

Ram, seems like yours got approved for CP, double check with your lawyer

if it is for CP and want to change to AOS, i think it takes another
2 months more. 5thyear.. knows better, he is in similar situation.
 
Got the Card

Gheewalabhai,
  I got the card on 01/23/02 by mail. Actaully it came before I got the copy of receipt from my attorney.Also we have applied SSN for my wife,and she got the number too.

Got FP Notice today, scheduel date: 3/05/02.
