Finally got the email !
140 approved today

BTW, Gurus, what is your reading in terms of concurrent approval? My PD is Jan 2002. Should I expect a miracle here???

Thanks Iknowitall... I know we've been on this forum for a long long time.
I am praying now that the 485 gets processed. I will probably know in a week if this will be concurrent or I will have to experience a long wait again...

What is your reading considering other 140 cases being approved lately?
Are they getting also 485 processed?

for eb3 if your PD is after the retrogressed date and if you are from the retrogressed countries , than its still doubtful but for eb2 for sure the trend is concurrent approval .

if you are not from a retrogressed country you have a great chance.

I am not from a retrogressed country. PD is Jan 2002, and I am EB2 (I am sorry, I made a mistake on my last message... too excited when I got the email....)

When in Jan you applied for 2nd EAD/AP? I applied for 2nd EAD/AP in mid of Feb.

hi friends, my I 140 is approved on mar 8th.
labour priority date: sep 2001
approved in jan 2004
I140/485 RD:02/27/04(concurrent process)
I140 approved 03/08/05
we applied for 2nd EAD on 01/07/05

two more I140 approvals for the ND of Feb 7, 2004.

Hi,

I just ran the scanner and found that two more I140 approvals for the ND of Feb 7, 2004. They were approved on March 8, 2005 and March 11, 2005 respectively.

Hi Group !

My first message in this thread. Details are

EB3/ Concurrent filing
I140/485 Status :pending (Receipt Date : 03/06/04)
EAD1 Approval: 04/28/04
FP Done:05/15/04 (The LUD on my 485 did not change after this though)
labor filed in may/june 2003 , approved dec 2003

Filed EAD extension on Feb 6,2005 through E-filing. The confirmation form specifically said that INS will send a appointment for digital photograph and FP through mail for EAD .But a month passed and no mail. Do I call them to self schedule an appointment (they had mentioned not to do that in the instructions). Anybody else in a similar situation ?

Hi Vasta,
You are already late for scheduling the appointment. Call immediately to uscis 1800 number and scheduling your biometrics. It is required for efile applicant to call uscis to schedule biometrics.
