JAN/FEB/MARCH 2004 Concurrent filers discuss here

I140 pending since 2004

Guys please help me on this:
My employer applied for LC from Chicago Branch. Filed I-140&I-485 concurrently on 12th Jan'04 at Nebraska is still pending. Now Chicago Branch office is closed and all the operations are going through Main office at CANTON, MA. ( Located in Vermont Area).

Since Chicago Branch from where company filed LC (Illinois state), closed operation does it affect I140/I485?
What necessary steps that my employer or I should take to avoid any issue with I140.
When I enquired why I-140 pending since more than 3Yrs USCIS told me that they are still reviewing the Case and also told me that my case I-140&485 moved from Nebraska to Vermont Service center and I or My employer did not receive any transfer notice. How this transfer impacts on my case?

ANY ADVISE ON THIS :( :( :(

LUD changed on my long time pending I-140

Guys,
Any idea the Aug 19th 2007(Sunday) LUD has been changed again on my long time pending I-140 case?

Is any one having samething on your case?
 
I140 LUD changed after being pending for long time on 19th Sunday what could be the reason

My 140 is pending at NSC since Oct 2004. I saw LUD on 140 on 07/24,07/25,07/27. After that its silent. Dont know the reason why few of these concurrent filed cases are pending this long. Any thoughts?

I saw LUD on Sep 30 on my Pending 140 which is filed in Oct 2004. Another friend who works for my employer also had an LUD on the same date. Friends 140 is from Dec 2004. Does anyone else have LUD who have their 140's pending since stone age. Can I draw any inference from this LUD of a possible decision?

I140 LUD: 03/13 -> RFE and 05/30/07 replied

I485 LUD: 07/13/2006 transfered from NSC to VSC to speed up process
called USCIS on 09/20 to enquire about I-485 case thout that can get some information about I-140 delay but this didnot happend
SR 09/20/2007 on I-485
SR trigged I-485 and again case transfered from VSC to NSC on OCt2nd 2007 and I-140 No LUDs
and again on OCT25th 2007 I-485 case transfered from NSC to VSC with same old message and I-140 No LUDs and no news
Security Check is cleared on: Not known

my I140/I485 is pending since 2004 Feb due to security check are there some one in the same situation.
 
Sorry for getting back so late. I haven't been visiting this portal regularly. I know we are a few unfortunate group with Pending 140 filed in 2004. lets support each other in this journey. All we can do is provide some updates and support each other.
As for me, there was an RFE on my EB3 140 in July 2008 which we responded in time. No approval yet. RFE was on A2P, Physical presence of business, my exp letters. response was provided decently. Dont know what to do!
 
My case has moved from NSC to TSC in DEC'08 and now I got RFE (A2P) on August 6th and replied back to them on 17th they asked Comp. Tax returns from 2003 to 2008 and my w2's from 2003.

Just wanted to update that there are LUDs on my long waiting I-140 on 11/17 & 11/18 (today). I am not expecting much as a result of my past experience on LUDs. I tried to open SRs through my companies attorney in the last few weeks. I am not sure if they really opened.
 
Hi All,

Finally the magic mail came on Saturday saying that my long time pending(more than 6 years) I-140 got approved.
