Got USCIS e-mail today that RFE is sent for my kid's I-485. Don't know what about.
I-140/i 485 concurrent RD March 2004
I-140 approved February 14 2005
I-485 ??
Bigbadwolf have you got any change in LUD or RFE?????

Guys ,
I would like to share with you the news that my EAD which was filed only in the 2 nd week of january got approved. As I am seeing the pattern people who got their 2 nd EAD are getting 140 approvals.... I hope to see my approval soon too !!

May god bless us all with 140 / 485 approvals very soon !!

My efile 2EAD RD:12/20/2004 got approved but 2AP still pending as i applied concurrently. Do any one here same boat.
Please share your experiance...

Is it a big deal to apply for the 2nd EAD by self. If not, please let me know how, from you experience.

Based on my recent EAD2 renewal e-filing experience, it was pretty simple. My e-filed EAD2 was approved just in ONE month. Pl. see my signature for my details.

My 2nd EAD got approved, but 2nd AP is still pending.

No worry, I think. They may look at your I485 now.

I ran the scanner for the applications with my ND: 2/7/2004 and found that three applications had been approved.

I can only run about 200 cases a day, so can you give me your first 5 digits of your LIN number and also give me a range with about 200 cases?

I have a question, How do you know that the ND was 02/07? or did you run them before they got apporved?
 
Check your LIN number in the online status, and it'll say something like:

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on February 7, 2004.

Then you know your ND is 2/7/2004.

Open the attached .xls file, enter ALT-F8, you need to put in the 04-098 (first five digits of your LIN number) for example, and then the range, 52395-52400 (the last five digits of your LIN number) for example.

in port of entry which lane to use with AP

while reentering to us in immigration check lane can we go to the gc lane directly with ap or do we go to the regular lane??

You neither go to gc land nor regualr lane. You ahve to go to special lane for ap.
