1. Did you see your 140 approval from INS web site or did you receive a mail ?

Question on I140 approval.

Can someone give me an idea that how is INS approving the cases which are 2 months old, is this normal ?

I believe it takes around 7/8 months ??

I create a Jan03_tracker file for us. Please update your data in the tracker file and upload it. Please insert your data by the order of your MD (mail date) so the list will be listed by the order of MD.

Feel free to modify the format if you have better idea.

Tracker Update & more

Attached the updated sheet.

GKVBC : download the most recent copy of the sheet on your PC.
Update it and in your message (post reply) attach it.

meanwhile if someone could enlighten me on the I140 process question I have asked earlier, it will be a help.

download the file and save it to your local drive, then edit it, and then when you post a "reply", in the "attach file" part pick that updated file so it will be uploaded. Make sure you don't change the file name so it won't confuse others.

I suggest everyone take a look at the file and update your information. For instance, right now most people haven't keyed their "category" info. in yet.

Hi Guys,
My Mail Date was 01/28/2003. I have not received anything. No ND, RD etc. According to my lawyer, my case has not been entered into BCIS system also. Also, they have not received anything from VSC.
Any thoughts how to tackle this problem.

Pl check with your lawyer

Some times lawyers will be oversmart & does mistakes. By the way did your lawyer sent through courier or mail. Pl dont mind, Just catch your lawyer & take the details of courier which he sent & track the status.
