Yes I went to the INS application center on saturday(before the appointed date) and gave my fingerprints.It seems in some places they allow you to give FP,it depends upon the person in the application center.I dont have any idea if they will do it in your INS application center.

On line status for my husband and me changed to ''On March 12, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.'
 
Today I checked online Status. 03/12/2003 they sent the Fingur Printing Notice. I think I will get it pretty soon.

FP Notice Date:03/12/2003
FP Scheduled Date: ????
 
We did FP late Feb. I got message like "......Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made......"

But my wife got the same online message like you guys. The worst case is that you guys probably need to redo FP. It is just my guess. My wife did redo couple of times before. It is just our case, might not apply to you guys but just kind of information.
Actually it happened often as I was told by FP officer becuase she tried so hard to get my wife's FP done. Even so, QA officer helped correct some.

Get FP reviewed, you have to go throw

FP Officer -----> QA Offier ------> FBI. Most people passed all but a few of people passed first two steps but need to redo at the last step.

Mine also same dates I am also in MD. Just now I checked my status online its saying FP notice mailed 03/12/2003
I guss we both are in same track. Hope for the Best

Anybody gets AP or EAD or 140 approved ?

I am just done with my FP on 3/15 in Maryland. I want to know -- Is there anybody on this board has obtained EAD or AP, or I-140 ?

RD : Jan 11,03
ND : Feb 07,03
FP : Mar 25,03

I140
Notice Date : 02/07/03
Approval Date : 03/18/03

FP not done yet, It's scheduled for March 25th.

No approvals on I765/I485 yet, Hopefully soon.

Now, I need some help on my FP online message:

My wife's FP is done on 03/07, the online message showed the following information:

On March 19, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.

Could someone tell me what this means? So far, I haven't received any RFE, etc from INS.
