Interview : Transferred to HARTFORD, Connecticut

It's good to see that people are getting a interview letter. Good news is Hartford is moving now. My wife case got transfered on Oct 2004 and today she got interview letter.

Received interview letter for me and my wife - interview date -07/22/2005 . Don't know what they going to do about EB3 visa unavailability.

Interview Letter

Received interview letter today for July End. Will there be any issues with unavailable Visa #'s ?

We need to keep checking in the other transfers NYC NEWARK WASHINGTON I know they have received interview notices after the July 1st cut off date I have a strange feeling that they are trying to eliminate the backlog and have allocated all the visa's in order to do so. Lets hope my theory is right

I think you will be next Pibo I know you have been highly anxious in this forum and it is very frustrating as there is no info on transferred cases apart from what is in here, so we need to keep it going in order to help new comers and waiters

Thanks guys! I really mean it. I am hoping that I get something by july. It has been a very frustrating time for all of us and we dealt with it like a family. This is really amazing!
On the other hand, SMT did not get anything yet! So FH-Miet's case can be an isolated one.

Remember to go to social security office and have them remove the work authorization clause from your ss. card.

I am just waiting on the approval notice or the GC. let me know when you get your card and everyone else who was approved as well. I have read 2 weeks in some case and people are srill waiting after 2 months.
 
I-693 supplement

Hi guys, anyone know why they are asking for the I-693 supplement ? Do we have to get this filled out apart from the I-693 ? THanks for any suggestions....

Personally I don't think you need the 693 supplement?? do you have a lawyer representing your case? they will advise you of what you need when you check in with them prior to your interview all we was asked for

3 years tax returns 3 W2's Employer letter and Passports.
payslips.

THanks Imawaiting...I will ask my lawyer but was wondering since it says to bring it on my interview letter. I guess this is a standard list and the requred dox are different for every applicant.

Just wanted to bring light into the topic in respects of what has happened today in London, I am sending out all prayers to all people and families involved.
 
Guys, i'm very happy to share that i got the interview letter today and scheduled on 26 of this month. I surprised why they wrote "Final Notice" on the letter. Did i miss my interview earlier or every one got the same kind? Anyway it's 10 month wait!

Today My wife had interview at Hartford at 11 AM. We reach there at 9AM and at 11:45 AM officer called us . She allow me to accompany with my wife .She took my wife EAD and I131 previous approval. She ask me do I still work for same employeer and employment letter. My marriage certifacate. Son Birth certificate. Copy of my GC. She told my wife that we are luckey because my case was in EB2 and for EB3 they don't have visa number available.
