Yes u are right screen shot also says date submitted 6/24/05
2 additional digits are T 05175-84xxx
Now tell me what those 2 digits means more to me.

Actually T is for Temporary. 05 if for 2005 175 is 175th day of 2005. So this would be 24-jun-2005. The rest 5 digits are in thousands of cases. Your case has 84*** meaning atleast 84000 cases as of that date.
It looks like 2 BECs together entered about 33,000 cases with partial data from 02-JUN-05 to 24-JUN-05.
My case is T05153-51*** (PD of JULY'2003 RIR from CT SWA)

ALSO notice the number was reset after 99999 on or around May 1st week. Also in 2004 they entered about 40000 cases.

So total in the system with full data entry + partial data entry as of 24-jun-2005 will be

40000 + 100000 + 84000 = 224,000 approximately.

Hopefully they should enter all cases with partial data by mid Aug 2005.

Hopefully full data entry by sep 2005 or oct 2005.

It looks like Phily BEC is doing more data entry work than Dallas BEC.

Please let me know case type RIR/TR ???
 
One more 45 letters for Indiana SWA case

Another friend in same company called me and told me she got her 45 letter.
Indiana SWA, never made to Regional/RIR/PD 4/1/2002.
Still have not got mine yet, my PD is 4/2/2002.

Case number u reported D05168-***** must have been entered on 17-JUN-2005 .

I have temp case number of T05153-5**** from phily BEC and no 45 day letter.
It looks like Dallas is doing full data entry and Phily is doing abbreviated data entry.
 
I don't think my company got some kind of preference. Since ULUDOM also reported their company got 2 45 letter with PD in oct and Nov-2002. My PD is Apr-02-2002, but I still have not got mine yet.

As far as I know, our company did not do anything after our cases been moved to BEC.

Sounds like your company may be getting some preference? Did your company make inquries or get help from senators etc?? Just speculating, since the PDs are in 2002 and getting 45DL while PDs with 2001 are not.

No 45 days letter yet, My last screen shot shows my case entered under TR category, and it is RIR -eb-2
Please post any news. Its good to see some 45 days letter for state of indiana.
Acoording to my last conversation with Mr. Relplogle when he was incharge, he told me that there about approx 1000 case before me in indiana swa( my pd is oct 3, 2002).
There are not too many cases in Indiana any way.
 
Case Number ?

This was probably posted before, so I apologize in advance. How were you able to obtain your case number and "screen shot". I have a PD date of Nov '01 RIR never made it to Regional. I have to beleive my 45 day letter is not far away. Also, any predictions of timing after the 45 day letter. My main goal is to file a EAD for my wife, and apply for change of status.

Indianavictim,

did u use the email for 7th year 1-just to check ur case status, 2-or to get a proof for 7th yr extension ? r u allowed to use the email for checking status of case even if u don't need 7th yr extension?

1000 cases of RIR or TR or both?
 
Not sure its 1000 case of RIR/TR or both till my PD oct 2002 in indiana swa.
I use the email to check status on my labor, but I can also argue, as my 7th year h1B is also under processing with a valid reciept date.
I didnot see any problems of other people applying to see the status on there labor cert

This case is entered into backlog sysyem on 07/19/2005

It looks like there is a big disjoint between the order of cases entered for Indiana.

IndianaVictim : Your case num is T05175-***** (PD of NOV-2002)- entered on 24-jun-2005
INGC: Your case num is T05200-*****(PD of JUL-2002) - Entered on 19-july-2005

My attorney sent it on July 20th and we got response on July 25.
 
I found out the reason why my 45 letter not generated. With the screeshot I got, even I have a case number with 'D' (D-05171-*****), my information is still not complete. Most of the fields are filled, but several fields related to Occupation are blank (occupation code, rate,etc). I guess this can explain why some case with 'D' case number. 'D' does not mean the data enter is complete.
I just don't know somehow those information is not in my case file when it got transfer to Dallas, or the data enter work is just not finished yet.

The letter from the Senator asks for "... case number which was assigned to you by the Indiana Department of Workforce."

What is this case number?

I noticed something curious about this forum: a few days back I saw 18 pages, when I went to it from a link in my email. Today when I logged in directly, I see only 7 pages. Are messages being deleted by the moderators/administrators? I had saved the link to the senators letter from my previous login, and when I use that, I get 18 pages again!
