Illegal in US and Winning Lottery

Ok this situation is almost similar to DV07's. The Husband went to Us on an f1 visa. He is out of status for one year.The wife won Dv2008. What would be their options? Is there a situation where one spouse is denied a visa and the other one given?
 
What if you are in USA 3-4 years illegally after what you win DV lottery. Can you get Green card if you proof that all these years because of politics situation in your home country you could not and can not come back? Is any chances to get Green card in this case? If so how is that possible to go on interview if visa is not to be adjusted , but was expired like 3 years ago? Thanks.

If you to do alot of convincing to the immgration officer about why you don't apply for a political asylm all this while. Don't think they will buy it though.

The only way the person can be eligible to get GC in the US is if the person is grandfathered by 245i which means the person has to have had an immigrant petition filed on his behalf on or before April 2001, and this also applies to people who entered without inspection.

if u r illegal in usa and u win the lottery ...... logic says leave quietly ( u know what i mean.....maybe walk north or south ) and get deported/assisted from the other country to where ever .

no money for the first year of Living in USA for applying to politician. As much as I know you can apply for politician only during 1 year after visa was expired? Am I right?

3 - 4 years is too late in many way.

Only way is marriage to the US citizen or your US citizen son/daughter sponsors your GC, provided you entered the US legally.
Or amnesty for illegals.

DV is too late.
EB and FB AOS are not allowed to out of status.
I believe asylum application has 1 year restriction after the entry.

OK, you are right with 245(k)(2)(A).

The guy has been out of status(supposed not fence jumper) for 3 - 4 years.. It's too late anyway.

hello any body there.
pls i won visa lottery, i was given appointmnt at the embassy but i can'nt make it due to some circumstances i have recheduleD my appointment the day am to appear at the embassy my spouse got hill. is it possible for me to rechedule it for the 2nd time at the embassy? pls kindly response fast for me not to loose this great opportunity.

why do u keep rescheduling? I personally would not reschedule again. it would look like u care less about it
