also received finger print notice on 08/30/07, finger printing appointment for me and my wife is on 09/07 in Norfolk

Is there an update in status after FP is done? If yes, How much time does it usually take before it shows an update?

I only have finger notice. No receipt notice for I-485, I-131 and I-765.
Anyone else is in the same boat?
 
My numbers are Starting from SRC( So I am assuming it is from TSC). My attorney may still have not received the receipts. I picked up the numbers from back of my check copies.

Reached NSC on july 2, 2007.sent by fedex. PD june 2006. check not cashed to date. IF as they say they have issued receipt notices for period up to august 17 then our postal system must be the problembut I do not think so. We are being misled by USCIS.
 
My package was received at the NSC on July2nd, 07. Today I received my and wife receipt numbers(LIN#'s) from lawyer. Please find below details

For both
RD: 07/02/2007
ND: 08/28/2007

PD: 10/11/2006(EB3)

Dear All,

Called the USCIS..the officer gave us receipt numbers for all three of us, entered in the system on August 31. July 2 filing at NSC, the case now at TSC...CHECKS not cashed..I am fine if they do it for free..;)

I would appreciate some infromation from experts...when I key in the numbers on the USCIS site for travel/work authorization..it says received and pending..is it a general terminolgy...does it mean that my EAD is also approved? Appreciate your inputs!

it doesn't mean approved. it just means they received it..its a standard message.

No doubt...the present scenario was/is so chaotic..to get a application was a relief...:cool:

I was tracking yours for a long time too, along with mine. I am surprised you could manage to talk to IO with a 90 days sting. Any tips?

check finally cashed on Aug 30
lawyer received receipt notice on Sept 4
