Received on July2nd

Mine was mailed on June 29th and received by TSC on July 2nd. Lawyer said I was one of the lucky ones. Lets see what that means. Hopeing to get the receipt number. Will let you'll know, if I di get it.
 
Mine was mailed out on June 29th and got a confirmation that it reached NSC on July 2nd at 9:01 AM. Hoping for the best.

Will keep this forum posted if any update. My case details in my signature.

Mine reached on July 2nd 10:30AM throught Fedex,sent on Jun30th Saturday.

For all the folks who sent docuements before the revised visa bulletine has higher chance of getting accepted, is it not so?? I-485 was current when uscis recevied the document!!!..thats my theory..

do you know does AILF lawsuit cover our scenarios or just all july fillers?..

Guys,
Though the news is good with regards to July 2 filers and beyond, we fall under the special category of folks who filed when USCIS said they wont accept apps. Lets continue to post here and keep each other notified of progress...receipt numbers, any unfortunate returns etc.

My and My wife applications reached on July 2nd 10:25AM through Fedex, sent on Jun30th Saturday.

I-485 was current when USCIS received the document!!!...
