Based on the information I have this is not doable. If you switch to EAD and the GC is being processed by your employer, you have to be employed in the same/similar job with a similar pay scale until GC is completely processed.
20 hours is not going to pay you the same amount (at least in the same company). Please check with your lawyer before you make any such decisions.

Me and my husband we both filed on july 2nd ,its Nov 2nd now and we haven't received anything at all, no receipt,no EAD,no AP.... anyone in the same boat? its kind of getting scary now... any suggestion with be of great help.....

Yes, we received 3 of them on Saturday, and my son's is missing. I guess we'll receive it tomorrow; today mail didn't come because of Veterans' Day.

Anybody got A/P in hand? My A/P got approval in Nov. 1, but I haven't received yet. I worried it got lost in mail. Please help...

Thanks for your response. NSC told me they mail my AP to my home address.
I could do nothing until 30 days is over, then I need to pay another $305/each to apply AP again. I book the ticket on Dec. 1 , I am depressed.
