Problem with phone system

- My case status on website was updated to “we responded to your request for more information concerning your case”, and I received a letter said “this cases is still pending. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by mail upon review of your case”

- My case status on phone system was updated to “we are sorry but due to temporary problem with our system, we can not assess your account information at this time. Please call back at another time." It has been playing for two weeks.

Do not know what’s the problem with phone system? :confused:

The list is sorted by I485 RD. Please also include your category (EB1, ...). The processing may also depend on that. :confused: :eek:

Got the RFE e-mail today:

On December 13, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.

Does any body know what documents they may be asking for and how long after the response they may make a decision. Thanks.

FP update and question...

got FP notice on Dec 13th for Jan 26th - (I-485 ND 16 Sep 2002)

brief history - had contacted local congressman in first week of nov. - recd response from his office, that FP is being scheduled and that i should receive a response within 90 days...

am planning to go earlier for FP at Miami ASC... does anyone know if this can ONLY be done on Wed and Sat (as per notice) ?! any tips/thoughts on early FP in Miami ?!

On December 13, 2004, you posted that you got the RFE. What is the additional evidence or information that USCIS requested? Did you get the approval e-mail without any response to the RFE?
 
Yes this is really strange indeed. I moved from FL to CA in 2002 (AC21 case) working for the same company. I suspected it might be about an employment letter/confirmation from the same employer. I got it and sent to the lawyer the same day. They might have forwarded the info to the TSC. Any ways, two days later the I485 got approved. :D
 
You might need to add/update following.

Just recieved FP notice for my wife on Dec.15th 2002 scheduled for Dec. 22nd 2002. She is the dependent, but I did not recieve the 2nd FP notice for myself and my first FP has expired.
