I140 RFE, EAD & AP still on hold....

I checked out the thread......I guess I was lucky in a sense that they lifted my hold and worked on my EAD within a short period of time.
Still waiting for I140....but I think I won't have any luck with this. I guess I will have to wait in line until CSC is processing Jan 04 applications, which will be another half year.

Around 11:00AM all my profile dates are changed to today date. It looks like they are working on my file. Please pray for me.

Still nothing change in the messages. Its all same as before. What do you think. If they made any changes, will it get update immediately or is it take time or day to update?. Please let me know.
 
The LUD of my I-140 and I-485 also changed today, withouth any change in the message though.

Hi ycning, my guess it is either approved or RFEd since both LUDs changed.
 
all application LUD changed

All application including my wife application LUD changed to today. But no changes in messages in any of the application.

my I140 date is 02/05/2004 and I-485 is 03/05/2004
FP done on 06/07/2004 it amost similar to you.

Do you think my case is denied. If the case is denied don't you think message will update on all applications. Oh my god save me.
 
Oh I saw my Last Updated moved to July 30, 2004! I started another thread to see if anyone having the same situation. UN, when can I expect to hear something from the INS, after the LUD got updated?
