No LUD changes so far.

Waiting forever for approval..
 
Looks like TSC is focussing on EB2/EB1 for 2004. I am yet to see TSC 2004 EB3 approvals in the same proportion. I had an LUD update on 4/29 for address change. I again got an LUD update on 5/2. I also applied for a second EAD. Do you think it has something to do with the EAD or just a continuation of the 4/29 address change ack. Interestingly I never got an LUD for receipt of FP to date.

Your observation is correct. In late 04 and early 05 a lot of EB3s from 04 got approved. Lately the trend has changed. Although 04 EB3s are getting approved the number has reduced considerably.

Lately the trend has been to approve EB3 cases from 02 and 03 and EB1/EB2 cases from 03, 04 and some even from 05. All of us kind of missed out on the quick approvals late last year and early this year. I missed it because they transferred my case to the wrong office and that whole process added about 4-5 months to the processing time. Oh well, we have to take this in our stride and hope that things change for us once they are done with the EB3 backlogs from 02 and 03.

Regarding no LUD change after FP, I wouldn't worry about it. Mine never changed after FP and I know a lot of people whose LUD never changed after FP. A lot of them have already been approved.

Sent email/fax 2/26/2005 and a certified letter dated 4/21/2005. They responded with reference to both. There is no phone number for NNCP. Hope that helps.

Search for name check forum - Rahul Kumar's thread. Has all details about NNCP address etc. Let me know if you any other help. Send certified letter to Cannon/Hooton.

Congrats. Let's hope all of us can say something similar in the near future!

About people waiting for FPs messages change, it seems there is a trend to not update these for most people. I did 2FPs 3/15/05 never got a change in message. Then got message change when I responded to RFEs.
