I need Help Please , They Lost some of Documents @ Interview

UPDATE
I went to DO and i talked to the same IO who interviewed me. He said that security background is pending and he can't tell me if it's fbi name check or something else b/c he can't see that part of my files( doesn't have authority) he told me to write to director of Do and contact my congressman. so i guess my next move should be lawsuit. they did the same thing to me for my green card, sat on my files for couple of years and their answer was security check.

As I told you in a private message..my cousin is going through the same thing from the same DO. His GC also took 2 years to resolve. Apparently his name matched someone on some list so FBi had to manually do a namecheck for him...You can file a lawsuit and it may be resolved. Thats what he will do when his 120 days are up.

no , they did the same thing when i was waiting for GC ( from date of FP it took fbi 12 months to complete it) . I have no criminal background what so ever and i held 2 security clearances for my federal contacting jobs before.i guess b/c of my country it takes longer , but i like to know why my name check always takes this long.
Is there any website or post that tells you the basics of how to file a 1447b lawsuit ? Please let me know.
