Just saw my account. NSC has encashed the checks for 485, EAD and AP on 9-21-01. I hope to get the notice within ten days. 485 packet mailed on 8-6-01. Shall update the info asap I get the receipt.

When I clicked on your handle name I also saw postings by you which says that your I485 was rejected before. Is it that you reapplied for 485 along with the previous rejection notice which speeded up your process of getting your ND so fast. Just a doubt????????

I received my receipt today. Details:
RD: 08/06/01
ND: 09/17/01.
Can anybody tell how long is it taking for FP to come in NSC

I sent in the forms on 8/21/01 and INS Nebraska got it on 8/22/01 (according to FEDEX conf). I should be hopefully getting the tracking receipts soon.

hi, there, from reading this board, it seems that INS mails EAD/AP receipt notices to you and I485\'s to your lawyer.
My info, I485/EAD/AP petitions sent out 8/8/01, checks cashed 9/24. Expect RNs anyday from now.
 
Does INS process application in sequential manner ?

Looks like INS is definetely not processing the receipt notices in the order they receive. IntazarGC had posted "I485 Mailed on 08/24, RD: 09/13/01 & ND: 09/13/01. Also got receipt notices for EAD & AP. " I sent in on 8/21/01 and no receipt notices yet. What gives ?
