I-485 Approved, Need Biometrics

All,

I got email from USCIS that cards mailed.

On June 22, 2006, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this card, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283

Hopefully I will receive it today/tomorrow.
 
So I am in the que now ....

Got approval letters , me and spouse, they expect me to sit back for 90 days before I receive either biometrics notice OR cards. It also says do not take any action.

I might be needed to travel within 20 days .... what actions should I take ?
 
To those who have received their green cards, what picture is on your card? Is it the picture taken during biometrics or is it the picture that you sent with your I-485 application?

Whats a welcome notice ?

In my case should I take info pass appointment for passport stamping or should I just honor USCIS Baltimore with my visit ?

I took InfoPass for passport stamping. You are also required to take approval letter with you.

For Infopass option ... which catagory should I select ?

If I just select " to talk to an immigration officer" would it work ?
 
I have selected "Passport stamping" option. Also you can take travel iternary if you have any.
