The paperwork for Premium Processing Upgrade was filed on 9/29/2006.

I requested clarification from my Attorney about 'when the clock starts counting' and whether these are indeed calendar days. I will let you know what he replies.

Yes she did and there is no problem with my labor wage. I work for the University of Utah and I'm sure that I'm not the only one applying for GC.Hopefully there is nothing significant.Please keep me updated about your RFE. I'll let u know about mine ones I get it.
 
any way no problem at TSC about 3 year degree,,only issue in NSC.

Did your employer has to sign your for premium I 140 ?
My lawyr taking more than a wk to upgrade my I 140 to premium
processing since she needs signature from employer .

Yes,employer signature is needed.

It seems like my attorney signed it.

You can write the cheque but on Form I907, your employer/attorney need to sign. In case attorney signs it, attorney has to submit G-28. Please go through the instructions on the I-907 form.

Seems NSC is slow even for premium processing. I've got LUDs every single day since they received my upgrade, but no approval yet. TSC seems to be approving pp cases in one day. Take a look at my signature.
 
I have not heard anything yet... Very frustrating... I am sure what NSC is doing now... I have called them a couple of times and a mean guy who answered my call never released any information as I am a beneficiary.
 
I am in the same boat as you. These people want us to pay $1000 to them. I don't know whats going on. It is getting very frustrating for me as well.

I called once to change my address on the I-140 and they were super snotty with me about this beneficiary thing. I was just asking...
 
I had good experience

When I called the customer service I was extremely impressed by their courtesy and professionalism. My experience over the phone has been very impressive.
I did speak with her extremely politely myself.

From where I can get the FD, RD, LUD dates? I have the case number and I have created account by going to https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp;jsessionid=aWFrUv4YELfg and and added the case number. But I can just see following:

Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status:

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on September 5, 2006. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

Nothing specific. One of my freind had his i140 approved an we checked using the same site but it also gives the similar info and not the FD, RD, LUD dates.

So, please let us know where to check the status?
