I too have change in LUD on 08/12/06. Funny that my LUD has changed on the approved AP - my AP was approved on 07/27!

Yes- The LC has to be applied before start of 6th year for getting the 7th year extension which indirectly tells you that labour has to be 1 year old if approved or not to get your extension. I was counting on getting the 140 approved before the September. But it is not happening at all. My worry is I can not go for extension unless I get my 140 approved.
 
Premium filing for 140

Hello Everybody,

After a bunch of ups and downs NSC finally seems to be moving straight and approval dates seem to be moving.

Will the premium filing for 140 slow down 140 approvals... after all... they only make money if 140 is slow and more and more people file for premium processing.

Volunteer to update the Excel tracker

Hi Guys,

I need volunteer to update the tracker, as my current project is finished and looking for project in SAP ABAP HR very aggressively. I will appreciate if somebody can update the tracker.

Using time out of U.S can be used to extend H1 and hope that I-140 gets approved by that time.

Is premium filing process for 140 is in placed ??
Miniwas :- Do you have any info on it ? I thought premium filing was postpone indefinitly by USCIS

One question for you NSC_Tortoise.

How do you know there is a LUD on your case ? I checked my status on USCIS web site but I see only one message stating case is received on 30th June and we will let you know when a decision is available.

LUD changed to 8/12 as well

My receipt date is June 27th and my LUD changed to 08/12 as well. Will keep you posted of any other developments.

LUD buckets...

Looks like we have three buckets of I-140 pending apps based on LUD changes:

LUD 7/22: Cases mostly filed in April, early May. A lot of these are still pending though.

LUD 7/29: Cases filed mid-late May and early June. None of them approved that I know of.

LUD 8/12: Cases filed mid-late June, maybe July too.

It seems USCIS has some automated process going and touching cases as they get to a certain age in the system.

Enqueued, I am surprised on my LUD's on I140, Let me know your thoughts based on following.

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on July 19, 2006. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

Two (EB2, EB3) LIN#'s (from back of check) and following LUD activity for both LIN#'s.

7/19 RD - based on message above
Receipt # don't know if its with the attorney yet or not.

8/02 LUD
