I 140: NSC Consolidated XL Tracker

It is not mandatory to recieve an e mail if there is an LUD on your case status. LUD can be changed also when ever ur file is touched by the officer. Looks like most of NSC cases had a LUD on their 140 cases. In my case LUD is on 140(waiting for approval) and also on 131 (for me and my wifes) which was approved long back.

I also got LUD 7/22/06 on my 140 and 131(which was approved on 06/01/06). No status update, no email.

It seems another blackhole like PBEC to me.

Well, even when the USCIS adjudicating behaviour seems to be quite erratic most people seems to be months away from a resolution and not years like it was with the PBEC. We can even kind of track the progress or no progress around here. Also, if you look at USCIS processing times of the previous years we shouldnt be complaining of anything. The USCIS was taking its sweet time to process cases last year.

Hi gc212, thanks for maintaining and updating the tracker. My case is a concurrent 140/485 filing. Sorry, I didn't mention it the last time.

Also, from my cleared checks I get the LIN numbers. The LIN numbers are different for 140 and 485. Is this okay?

The LIN numbers are different for 140 and 485. Is this okay?

Yes, different LINs is the way it's supposed to be. You have filed two different cases and therefore you get two different case numbers. If you filed AP and EAD you should have also LINs for those.

I Got RFe

Hi All,

I got an Email from the attorney. My Attorney's email is as follows:

We just got an RFE on your I-140 and USCIS wants "Audited Financials" for 2004. What the company have submitted (and has worked so far) have been Reviewed Financials.

I think they use ND, someone around here should confirm this. It's strange that it took for you 2 weeks to get your ND. I filed after you, the 25th of may and got my ND before you. Even my LIN case numbers are earlier than yours... Gotta love the USCIS!

RFE - My Lawyer did not sign the Labor form

Jeeeeeeeeeeees! My lawyer forgot to sign the labor form. He sent the form yesterday with his signature. Any how I am thankful to god that the RFE was just about the missing signature. Now its again a waiting game.....If any one has replied to their RFE, how long does it usually take USCIS to approve the case? Thanks.

I beleive you only get the email if the status changes. In this case Status didnt change so you didnt get the email.

I have 4 year Bachelor degree from India.What should we do now?.Any help is appreciated.

get your degree evaluated by some agency out here, its standard process, your lawyer should know about that.

I also got RFE which is mail on july 17 06.My employer told me that it usually take 2 weeks to get it.
