The PERM process is really fast & stress free...when we (employee, attorney & employer) do everything properly.

My I-140 is filed in NSC...got transferred to TSC...and then it got approved.

My other I-140 (EB3) is pending currently in AAO, since 10/2005 ...

AD: 07/2004 (in between received the big RFE and replied for that RFE)

I-140/I-1485/EAD/AP (Concurrent Filing):-
FD/RD/ND: 10/2004
EAD & AP Received: 01/2005
RFE on I-140: 09/2005 (Ability 2 Pay)
RFE replied for I-140: 10/2005

I-140 got Denied: 10/2005 (eventhough i'm getting paid equal or more than prevailing wage, after i started to work for the sponsering employer)

MTR/Appeal filed for I-140: 10/2005
NSC moved it to AAO (10/25/2005)

It was really sress and painful....this whole process. Took lot of time, money and peace of mind.

Now what are the possibilities for me to retain the old priority date (10/2003) ?. People told me that in order to retain the old PD, my first I-140 should get approved at AAO it seems. I don't know when i'll get decision from AAO...probably after 1 year :)

I 140 Approved from TSC

Hi guys,

I got those emails today. YEs, my I 140 is approved from Texas.

This morning when I logged into my Yahoo email account, in the first page I saw 7 new emails in the Inbox.Before going into the Inbox I guessed these may be from USCIS.I was very tensed until I read those words " Approved ".
I was really very excited.

This forum has been very helpful in predicting my approval date in Labor stage and again in I 140.I was expecting my approval before the end of this week if everything goes fine. And it happened as I expected. This forum is like GC bible for me.

OK, now what after all these excitement. You all know the answer - WAITTTTTTT... because I am from one of those heavily retrogressed country.

Having established a Priority date with I 140 approval I am also thinking about PERM/EB2.

Mine already crossed 3 weeks from filing 140 . Not yet received receipt notice.
Anybody filed between May 25 to May 30 received Receipt notice ?

Does concurrent filing delay, I-140 approval ?

NSC is taking a long time to send out receipts.
Your case is probably being processed by NSC itself.
Had your case gone to TSC, it would have been processed by now.

I filed mine 2 weeks back(concurrent). We will see.

We both have the same priority dates and even the same 140 RD dates...But not the 140 approval dates...I am waiting for my 140 any time...

It is not appropriate place to discuss SRC cases, which are processed in Texas and do not have anything common to cases processed in Nebraska .

Why do not you want to discuss SRC cases timing somewhere aside (in the private messages or on the thread Texas consolidated tracker) ?

Discussion of SRC (Texas) cases here can seriously confuse people.
