NSC is on a holiday schedule

I have RD of 13th April and have a LUD of around 20th April. My file has not been touched after that.....Meanwhile my friend who applied on same day and got transferred to Texas has already got his 140 approval in Mid May...Looks like NSC is taking a nap......

140 Approved

I got 3 emails this early morning. It says the case was approved on 6/13/2006. Mine was transfered to TSC but filed at NSC.

Forwarding some cases to Texas takes NSC a lot of human resources and time. I think all their personel is involved in this process, they simply do not have time to do anything else.

Leave alone April cases, my receipt date is Mar-13th with a LUD of Mar-15th. EB3. Not yet approved.....Anyone has any idea of when I-140 premium process might come into effect?

Last updated date changed.

The last updated date on my case changed to 6/7 from 3/18 but the status has not.

NSC -> TSC

Hi,

My I-140 application was filed at NSC on RD April 25th 2006 (LIN-06-151-XXXXX) LUD April 27. Today text on I-140 case status changed as Case has been forwarded to Texas Service Center.

1) Does TSC will send new receipt number ?
2) What is time frame on transferred cases, are they going to be placed on the back of queue I-140 ?

Thanks
Kiran

that means you may hear about approval soon. BTW which service center is processing your case. do you have an "NSC" receipt with receipt number starting with 'LIN' ?

Recruitment Instruction after 45-day letter

This post is for the someone who had his NON-RIR labor cleared.

I was wondering if anyone has received recruitment instructions after replying back to 45-day letter. My company replied back in Feb’06. But, no words since then.

I called DBEC (214-237-9111) and PBEC (484-270-1500) to enquire if they have started sending the recruitment instructions for the NON-RIR cases. The lady at PBEC was clueless. But the one at DBEC told me that they have started sending the recruitment instruction. When I enquired further, at both centers they put me through an automated system that is not capable of querying the individual cases.

Does anyone has more info on this?

Imcdude ,

I think WW-GC's concurrent filing was rejected becoz his dates are not current and his case comes under EB3 Category.
