Hi leo09, in the BEC tracker, you have on of your friend with a PD of May 17th 2002, filed in VA. Any update for this friend ? if you could post an update in the BEC tracker thread it would be great :)

Technically you can do it, get I140 approval on EB3, get 3 years extension of H1B and change employer, yes you can convert old PD of EB3 to EB2.

BUT you must be sure that your old employer does not file revoke of your old I140 - EB3 and does not use your approved LC for substitution, otherwise you lose your EB3 old PD with your new employer.

Hi Gurus,

I have filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently on different dates. I-140 (LIN-06-151-XXXXX) Receipt Date is April 25 2006 and I-485 (SRC-06-173-XXXXX)Receipt Date is May 08 2006.

Has any body seen concurrently filed applications send to two different service centers ?
 
some info requried ?

My application number starts with EAC####### and 140 got transferred from VSC to NSC, I have seen lots other ppl having receipt number with LIN#######
any insights shall be helpful

I would enter your info in tracker after you get your NOTICE DATE. Without that it does not serve the purpose. I think you should get it in couple of days.
It will also tell us where your I-140 will be processed.
