my experience: i didn't get i-ead, but this maybe not the case for you, if your EAD is not on hold you should get i-ead; even more I have feeling that my case is rare case (not extremely rare, but not common case) with this on hold, I mean it seems to me that most of people got their i-ead. So ... wish you Good Luck !

thanks for your reponse. would you mind sharing your information, like RD, RD, RFE, service center, etc. Have you figure out the reason of holding EAD application? Do you have any friend who have got the iEAD without hold?

There are some people in same thread who got EAD and waiting for I140 approval. I think araja is one of them. araja could you please confirm this.

dingdingdo, I've posted my info on this thread several times , probably more than I should, anyway 140 RD 06/03 765/485 RD 07/24 , no RFE , ead on hold this is the reason by itself or just consequence I don't know, no more info, again I think most of people should get i-ead without problems

Thanks to everyone who has updated their I-140 processing updates. Congrats on the approvals.

Even though the I-140 EB2 dates in CSC have been moved to June I still think there are lot of the cases unattended having recept dates prior to June. (Refer Kenboo's scan report)

If any one of you have recently (in last one month) got any approval in I-140 EB2 please post in this thread.

I140 updates

My I140 (EB2) is still pending . My RD AND ND are both 5/5/2003.If anyone has RD AND ND after 5/5/2003 and if they have received any approvals, can you please post what are your dates and when did you get approved?
The online message says that it is taking 270 to 300 days, mannn this is like 10 months for I140. That is so frustrating.
What is the Refer Kenboo's scan report you are talking about above? Where can I find the I-140 updates on this group?Please post link.

I gather your case also attracted a couple of RFEs on your 140. What was the time gap between the last RFE's response received date at INS and the date of approval of 140?

for my case it is already 45 days as INS received the response to my second RFE on oct 30th and the message says it is taking between 270-300 days. so was just anxious.

On 12/15/2003, From the batch of 'WAC-03-169' two I140 cases have been processed and RFEs have been sent for both of them

When was your 140 filed? From your post, you have mentioned ND - Aug 4th; It's not a typo right? If it's correct, then they are processing cases filed in August now? That's a great news!

Thats right, my ND is Aug 4th. But mine is concurrent. Does it make any difference.

btw, any body with Future Employment cases here. Mine is future employment GC, I'm not currently working with the company thats sponsoring me. What kind of RFEs one can expect now ?

Yeah - really encouraging - but why doesnt it show up on the weekly scans that kenboo does ? week after week we see the same figures with a change for 1 or 2 in the Feb/March weeks! Reminds me of the time when my LC was being processed!!
