I have an impression that i140 apps from people who are influenced by retrogression are very-very fast lately - sometimes days.

when you post your news please provide your Labour category(EB2 or EB3), reciept Date, Notice Date,RFE if any, Approved Date.This way it is easy for others to understand what is going on.For e:g mine is a EB3 Labor, 140 was sent on first week of Nov'2005 according to my attorney.I have not recieved any recipt so far.

RD 11/08/2005, PD 06/16/2003, EB3, NSC
But it says, Applicant is not eligible to apply for I-485 at this time, what does it mean?

Mine was applied on Nov 29th and my lawyer received the receipt on Dec 1st. Hope this helps.

Yes. I received the receipt notice for Dec 12 filing. FYI. My labor approved Oct 2005 (pd. 08/2003). Hope this helps

Got a Call from Employer saying I140 Approved ( PD June 2003 ). I checkd the website and still no Status Change.
