I-140 approvals October/ November/ December 2005

can you please tell where does 1-2 weeks time frame came from? mine is pending for 6 weeks now.

Receipt Date Dec 12 th.

Question.

Gurus,

I have just received my labor approval and would like to file I-140. My lawyer was asking for experience letter from my previous employement. I have got most of them but one. That company is not exist anymore. I believe we can get an affidivit or something like that. Could any of you give me more information on that. My lawyer is not giving me any options yet. If there is another solution, may be i'll talk to my lawyer and do accordingly.

Please advise me with other options.

I140 Tracking

Mine was filed on December 9th and got the reciept number on Dec 21.

I got reciept number from the company. Am I allowed to register to get the email updates regarding I140 on USCIS website?

Got an email from USCIS saying my I-140 got approved, and an approval notice was mailed today. :D

yes you can get an e-mail update from USCIS through the USCIS website by starting on the flag for e-mail option.

My I140 got approved

My question is can someone associate a approved I140 with a previously filed I485. My wife filed NIW concurrent last september. I was her dependent in that petition and my I485 was also filed. She got RFE on her I140. Now can We associate my present approved I 140 with that I485. This is important since i am from retrogressed country and I can not file 485 now. Curiously can anyone file multiple 485?

Guys, Good to see 140 approvals. My RD is 12/22/2005. Is there any pattern do you all see in the approvals? Becase there are many people whose I140 RD date is way back on 2003/2004 and they are still waiting for approvals. And I see some of you have filed like me.. late 2005s. Do you think they are just handling the case randomly?

EB3, NSC. labor PD: Oct 2003. Could not apply concurrent due to regtrogression.
