nothing to do with retrogression. even the people from India got I-140 approved.
mine is RD-11/25/05. still waiting. people who applied after me got it done.i dont understand the strategy they follow.

Forced to File I-140 on Nov-25,2005.
RD-11/25/2005. LUD-11/29/2005, 12/23/2005- REF notice issued.But my attorney didnt respond to this notice saying that he already sent the documents they want.
 
Need Help!

We got RFE on my I140(NIW) and replied back on Jan 20 2006, after that my LUD was changes on Jan 20,23,24 and after that there is no change in LUD.

Is it normal or something fishy? Also I read some where that usually USICS does name check on I140, is it safe to assume that i might be stuck there..

I am really nervous and in insight thoughts will be appreciated.

After a long wait I just received a mail that my I140 is approved.
I replied to RFE on Jan 18th.
Atlast after 6 months my RFE got approved.
OK guys...meet u all in 485 forum.

Guys, what's going on here? No approvals prior to 2006? Many approvals show up everyday for January 2006. USCIS is concentrating newer case on daily basis. They have forgotten us. :mad:
 
Can we rename this forum?

I browsed for qutie sometime and this is the only forum that seems to track I-140s in NSC for the past 4-5 months.

Can the person responsible for this forum rename the forum to remove October/ November/ December 2005 from the name so that it reflects current usage.

By that way it will be easier for users to find this forum and we might have more users divulging current processing dates.

12/22 - Approval

Mine was files on 12/22 and I got the email today on the approval. Good luck all.
 
Mine was approved three weeks back and didn't get the 140 approval notice by mail. Any idea what might have happened?
 
I-140 approved.

Mine was approved on 2/16/06. I got the email yesterday. it says the postal mail will reach the attorney in 14 days. so i have to wait.

applied on 11/25/05

I-140 was applied on 11/25/05 at NSC.
approved on 2/16/06 . whoever applied with me from my employer got approved with in two weeks.mine is late because of attorney.

I140 Approval is sent to attorney. Check with your attorney.

HI my I140 recepit date is 12/13/05. No update after that . There was change in LUD in 3/10/06 on both my I140 and I485 but there is no change in stauts over there .What does It means ??????????????R they change Lud without updating any information????????? I am just worried about denial.please guide me thanks
