All,

My case is I-140 sub labor . it was filed on march ,2004 . I replied 2 RFE's. the last one was on Aug'2005 .

and I see my LUD on I-104 4/1/2006 . but the status didn't change neither any emails from CRIS. any one with similar situation . appreciate any response.

I just got my approval email from USCIS.. i got 4 emails infact..

I got my I-140 approval today. Interestingly I did not
get any "TSC Recieved" emails prior to the approval emails.

Here are the details:

CA-EB2-India-PD 12-2002
I-140 RD:11/22/2005 ND:11/23/2005 AD:04/25/2006
(WAC-06-045-xxxxx)
I-485: Waiting to file in May

LUDs:
11/22/05 - Case received by CSC
03/22/06 - Case transfered to TSC
04/25/06 - Case Approved

My I-140 approved on 04/24/06 and received the mail 04/25/06.

I did not have any LUD before approval.

Have there been any I-140 approvals for concurrently filed EB2 cases that have been transferred to TSC?

my 140 was approved on 04/21

hi, I filed at the beginning of March, seems like 1 month,
EB2

and my PERM got audit, so, filed on may 21st 2005, approved in Jan 2006, sometime,

long waiting on perm, but 1 month wait on 140, got done through TSC after transferred from CSC

good luck to you guys.

Hi does any body have receipt number for I 140
starting with src06--------.
I got this from my lawyer. when I check it online
it says not in the system yet?. I live in CA.
any comments please?

Tisha,

My Reciept number starts from SRC06 and also I live in CA. My I140 RD is 3/30/06.

SRC is nothing to do with place you live. SRC indicates that your case is with Texas Center. CA cases starts with WAC.

You need to enter your Receipt number without any dashes.

Transfered from CSC to TSC on 03/21/2006
LUD 03/24/2006

Approved on 04/22/2006.

I saw a few handy of I-140 approvals for cases filed in Dec. 05

Mine is still pending, but I wonder if anyone with receipt #
wac060645XXXX also pending.

Transfer to TSC Mar 21 2005.
