One EB2 (RFE case) was approved, though.
Yeah, but the current trend is EB3s.

Approved with in 2 days.

Hi all, Our case I140 EB3 was filed early Jan 06 Transfered to Texas March 24, We got an approval email today, Wow we cannot beleive it, Good luck to the rest of you

EB2 case approved

Good news is that my I-140 EB2 was approved today.I filed it sometime in mid of Nov 2005.It got transferred from CSC to TSC recently.

Sad news I cannot file I-485 as I am from India.Even worse is that my company is going to do mass layoff in 1 month.I am also on chopping block.

My 7th year extension expires May 2007.So what are my options?

If I join new employer can I use approved I140 from my current employer
to get 3 year extension and also maintain my PD.Of course I would have to redo whole process

Please help

Too bad I was almost in a similar situation. Start a new process and use PD of your old I-140 for the 7th year extension. Make sure if you can that old employer doesn't withdraw the I-140.

I140 docs required in company transfer?

I got laid off and my 140 got approved. What all documentation should I take from my old employer/lawyer to transfer the PD to the new employer?

Thanks

Hi All,

At long last my I-140 was approved. Details below.

EB-2
I-140 RD: 12/5/05
I-140 AD: 4/21/06
I-485 -- Need to file; PD: Jan 29 2003

I got 4 emails (2 from CRIS and 2 from USCIS-CSSO), and the case status online was updated.
