Good news for me today. Got email from CRIS (3 emails) and USCIS-CSSO (2 emails).

Application Type: I140 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER
Current Status: This case has been approved

Concurrent file on 02-09-06. Finally got approved today.

Hi,

Do you know what the PD on your approved 140 petition is? I am also a sub-labor case, and I've seen cases where TSC has assigned the PD = 140 RD and not sub labor's PD.
