I-140/485 Applied In December 2004

I also had an LUD on 485 only on May 2.
I think 140_485 and Gcwait2002 also had LUD's on May 2 and have similar ND's..
Hoping for the best news to come in few days..

Thats good. Hopefully 485 RFE should be easy one, like Birth Certificate or ability to Pay.

My lawyer has not provided me with RD or ND. But i have WAC number form this i guess my ND is Jan 3, 2005.

I-140 approved

I-140 approved!! :) My lawyer received approval notice today. Status is not updated in the USCIS website.
 
Recd 485 Approval in mail today

I recd my 485 approval today(Saturday) thru mail. Approval date is May 25'2005.
Since 485 cannot be approved till 140 is approved, I am hoping that on Tuesday my lawyer will call me telling that he recd my 140 approval too.

My status on website and automated call is still unchanged. Looks like the website is not so dependable.

However something thats even more interesting is the fact that I didnt receive 485 for my wife today. I wonder if thats OK or is un-usual.

I hope things become more clear on Tuesday.

I also got I-140 LUD on 5/20/05 without any message change.I hope it is not RFE on the way

Congratulations on your approval after responding to 140 RFE.
I got the RFE on 140 on the same date as you on May 10th and my attorney will put it in the mail this week.
From your posting, your response was in such a FAST turn-around time. It seems that you got RFE on May 10th and responded on May 20th, and CIS LUD on May 24th and approval on May 27th. Could you share some details about your 140 RFE preparation and response?
