What did you tell to ASC, Pl.let us know.

In my case my wife got Biometric and I asked then the guy said you can't without notice.

which ASC?

I approached the ASC ( Application Support Centre) and completed my Bio-Metric ( code 2: Picture, Index FP, Electronic signature) yesterday without any notice from USCIS. This will speed up your Plastic card (Greencard) and you don't need to go for passport stamping, but this will not speedup your I-485 approval. See my signature, still I am waiting for my I-140 approval. Itiger, just go and do it. Thanks

I called the National service center and initiated an enquiry last week. The gentleman told asked me to wait till June 20 to get the reply from the service center. So I am waiting to hear from the service center. The person was very polite and he also initiated separate enquires on my wife and child's applications. So let me wait and see.

Bio-Metric without Notice

Hi rb180,

As your wife got her bio-metric you will also be permitted to do bio-metrix for you, just try once again. See my signature, I did my FP on 12/30/2004, then my kids did their bio-metric on 03/25/2005. I approached them to check if I missed something for my bio-metric as my kids got their bio-metric, and I told them the same reason. The officer, a nice lady verified her computer and allowed me and my spouse to do bio-metric. You should go there around 03:15 or 03:30 PM, the time they don't have work really. Try again. Thanks.

i am also in the same boat as you. My RD is 12/27/04 and i havent heard anything about my case. I had a LUD on 05/27 and again on 5/30 without any message change. But thats about it. I havent heard anything since.

RFE on 140

Guys,

Got an LUD and message that an RFE has been mailed. Mine is Sub labor EB3. Please see signature. Any one in the same boat ?


Also, I receieved on the same day , exact same RFE email 4 times (Body of the email is exact same ) Does this mean there are 4 different RFEs for the same 140 ? Did this happen to anyone ? Is this normal , to receive multiple emails ?

Please share your thoughs experinces.
