Mine is also Eb3 sub labor. I still havent seen my 140 approval notice. Should be receiving it in a day or two. I will then let you know.

Has any one got 485 approved for EB3 / Sub labor on this forum ?
I am trying to understand what PD is really used in such cases.

This needs to be corrected other wise the 485 would not be approved.

The Priority date for this application needs to be 12 April 2002 the Original Labor filling date.

Looks like USCIS is processing the I-485 cases based on PD for the people who have current PD and processing dates. My RD is just one day after LateonGC but priority date is 04/2002 and still my 485 is pending. I had the LUD on 485 on the same day as LateonGC. Details are in my signature. Any comments?

Calling CSC - need help

My RD for I-140/485 is 12/15/04 and have not heard anything about my case yet. Last LUD on I140/485 is 05/10/05. I am planning to call CSC to check the status. By calling to check the status cause any further delays to my processing ? Is there any other pros/cons ? Finally what number should I call ?

Hi all,
Happy to report my I140 approval... Had an LUD on 5/19/05.. but there was no message change. I had initiated an enquiry thru my lawyer Friday of last week (5/20)... but it looks like it was approved on 5/19/05 itself. My lawyer notified me of my approval. 485 still pending.

Is it OK to leave the company on 180th Day of pending 485 with approved I-140? Or it's too risky and the employer will be on the advantage and can revoke my I-140 on the last day?

still waiting....

still waiting for my I-140 approval. Asked my lawyer to initiate an inquiry, and they got an reply saying that the case is being looked into currently. The LUD changed to 5/24/05 because of the inquiry, but no more news yet.

This seems to be taking forever.... anybody else out there without RFE or 140 approval ??

Initiated an Enquiry

I have a similar case too. Lawyer sent out a request to CSC asking them to look into the case.
They replied back saying someone was looking into it. The LUD changed for both 140 and 485 to 5/24 with no message change.

So looks like thats the best that my lawyer could do. I hope this soon changes into something more concrete in terms of status.
I am tried of waiting for so long and seeing the same status all the time.

Some people in the forum are of the view that an LUD change w/o status change is an RFE.
So i am not so optimistic anyways :(

Happy to report that I discovered 485 approval notices for my wife and me in our mailbox today :)

Called the lawyer and found out they have received the 140 approval in today's mail.

No online status update yet.

No LUD on 140.

Apart from the FP, only one LUD for 485 on 5/2.

Just found out from my lawyer that my EB3 Sub case was done with a copy of the labor certificate, and not the original labor certificate since it was lost. I have heard that such cases take a lot of time to process. :(

Guys, do we have anybody out here with sub cases that were filed with a copy of the labor certificate ?

I see no hope....
 
Recvd RFE

Recvd RFE notice in mail today for my wife I-485. There is no online update. Last LUD on 140/485 is 05/10/05. Can RFE be issued for I-485 without approving I-140. My I-140 is still pending.
RFE is for principal alien's employment letter and birth certificate.
