(a) your had used original LC or copy of the LC for substitution?
(b) Was I-140 filed/approved on the this LC ever?
(c) what's the PD on the I-140 (original LC vs I-140 ND)
(d) Did you have an LUD change before?

Finally 140 approved also !!!

I received the magic email late at night 10.42 pm about 140 being approved.
485 was approved same day but in the morning.

Thanks to all who shared their thoughts and information on this forum.

Congratulations bhadrinath. Your approval gives some hope to rest of us who got LUD on I-140 without any message change. LUD without any message change could trigger approval also ..

Bad day for me.

I have very long RFE on my 140.Interestingly, RFE letter was sent to my home address ( instead of attorny's or employer's address ). Please help me with any comments. I already sent email to united nations.

1) Education and training
2)Experience certs.
3)Ability to pay
4)Petioner has new location - MSA ( My company was taken over by another company)
5) Successor in interest.

Checked USCIS website this mornig and saw online status updated to 'approved' for I140.
Still waiting for 485 approval

Was yours a subst case?
was it exp certs or EVL?
Did U have any LUD without status change just before RFE?
 
I have posted in the 485-CSC forum too, but just fyi, it seems like my I-485 has been approved as of yesterday(05/23). The reason I am circumspect about this is because of my PD(EB3-Nov 2003-INDIA). Will keep you posted as the mystery unravels.

Was the situation as mine as given in prev. post, was there any status change
 
No. The only LUD that I had without message change on my 485 was on 04/14. All the other LUD's caused some change in the status(mostly related to fingerprinting) The only LUD on my I-140 after the initial receipt was for approval. The LUD was on 05/13 without any message change and on 05/16, the message changed to "Approved on 05/13"
 
I-140 Approved

Hi guys,

My I-140 was approved today. I-140 EB3; Original labor; Priority date 02/21/2002; RD:12/02/2004; LUD changed on 01/28/2005; No LUDs after that. Attorney got the approval notice today (no emails to me or system changes). My I-485 RD is 12/28/2004; there were couple of luds for fingerprinting and the last one was on 05/10/2005 with no message. It is still pending.

I got my 140 approval notice today but there is one glitch

The Priority Date on my 140 approval notice is mentioned as May 12, 2005 which is not correct.
This needs to be corrected other wise the 485 would not be approved.

The Priority date for this application needs to be 12 April 2002 the Original Labor filling date.



Folks please let me know how to proceed on this

Yes it is EB2 Subs and I have LUD with NO message Change on 05/10 on my 140.
