How many days it will take to approve after replying 140 RFE

gurus,
how many days it may take in Vermont Service Center to Approve 140 cases once we reply RFE.
recently i got Ability of Pay RFE to my employer, we send Tax returns and other information in Feb 9th, got email in Feb 15 that they got our information
LUD got changed 3 times after that, 24 Feb,27th Feb,1st March

waiting..wating.... :confused: :confused: :confused:
 
do you know your numbers for the company ? what you replied ... if every thing is good... you should see any where from 2 weeks to 60 days...

yeah..its 1995 establised company and got around 20 GCs until now
they are having good tax returns for that year as far as i know.
many people in VSC got their approvs in 3 weeks once they replied their 140 RFE's

dont know why VSC is not approving my case until now... :confused: :confused:
 
RFE for I 140 days to responded

Got an RFE for I 140 filing for Ability to pay, Guys can you let me know in how many days this has to be responded.
i just want to be active in know things as my attorney screwed up in my concurrent filing EB2,.Any more information which i need to keep in track will highly appreciated.
Will there be any delay in processing.

you can respond to I140 in 90 days starting from the date the RFE was issued.
I too got Ability to PAY RFE for my i140 applied in july 2005
my atrtorney also screwed up in my concurrent filing.
 
Today i spoke to my company legal assistant, she told she didnt get any updated info from VSC regarding my RFE
we got RFE on Feb 1st,06 regarding Ability to Pay and company tax returns from the Labor year
we replied on Feb 9th, got email that they got info on Feb 15, LUD changed 4 times after that and no info until now
today is 36th day after RFE
dont know what's going on and when i'll get 140 approval???

Usually it takes 2 to 4 weeks to get response after submission of responde sto RFE's
 
Guess on my case

Guys,

I filed my 140/485 using EB2 PERM approval labor with PD 7/2005 on September'29th Received date and Dec'2nd is the Notice date at VSC.

As i am 100% eligible for EB2 holding Masters degree in computer applications from India having 9 years of industry experience in India,japan and 6 years in USA.

On my Application,I don't see LUD's after i got receipt notice.

What i am worrying is,i filed 140/485 thorugh Cybersoftec and i got denied 140/485.

Is USCIS Will check previous 140 case why it was denied and then will open new 140 petiton?.If not,why it is taking this much time.

Now VSC processing Eb2 Sep last week cases.
you may get decision shortly.

Did you specify previous 140/ 485 details and EAC numbers in this filing?
are managing non immigation status after coming out that company?

VSC will check all your previous petitions , anyhow you have to provide A# in the new 140/485
you'll get the same A# for new case also

140 approved

Replied 140 ability to pay RFE on Feb 06,
Got 140 approved yesterday after 2 1/2 months
now waiting for PD to be current, PD is late 2001

Not necessarily in all cases. My case got approved yesterday. It took nearly 4 months after the RFE was replied. In all the I-140 took nearly 6 months to get approved.

RFE was regarding 3 year degree from India.

For RFE on Ability2Pay, you need to submit your company's financial statements proving that it has enough money to pay your wages. Actually my attorney did it for me so don't have all the details. You might want to contact United Nations in this forum - He is supposed to be a GURU in this.


Did anyone hear anything back on their I -140 RFE's ?

After your RFE responce, is your 140 has sequence of LUDs like mine ( My lawer responded on 12 th Aprl, I see LUDs on 13, 14, 15, 18, 22, 1 still waiting.).
