How many days it will take to approve after replying 140 RFE

I think it took about 2 weeks since they received my application. My lawyer told that they update only after the case has been assigned to an officer. I guess that is why we see several updates as soon as they start looking at it.
 
My 140 is approved on 31-May-2006 after RFE replied, documents reached date 08-May-2006.

Even my RFE documents were received by USCIS around same time
i.e. 11-May-06. I am just waiting for the results.

Did you see any LUDs on ur 140 after 08-May-06?
 
RFE RD 04/27/2006 and still waiting

Hi,

My RFE was replied on the 04/25/2006 and the RD is 04/27/2006. I saw LUDs continuously till 05/04/2006(including Saturdays and Sundays :)) but no updates after that. Any thoughts on this?

My I-140 was approved today. Off to I-485

Finally the long awaited email. Got my 140 approval email. Hope this helps in getting some estimate about the approval after RFE reply. Wish you all the very best.

REsponse to RFE sent

Friends...

we just sent response to my RFE . The system updated with the receiving info on 05/05.

There was an update on06/07.

Hope it comes quicker than expected.

I am guessing the approval should be there in 6 weeks time.
