How many days it will take to approve after replying 140 RFE

Delay in I-140
Today my employer got the letter from USCIS. Delay in I-140 is due background security check and they have linked it with I-485. "If you do not receive any decision within 6 months of this letter, please contact our customer service again", letter explains further.

Got mine as, don't know if this is due to background/security check.
"Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However,we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or notice of action from us within 6 months of this letter,please call customer service"

I just got a response that my case has been moved to Nebraska. Does that mean a longer wait time?
