How many days it will take to approve after replying 140 RFE

on the same boat
both of us waiting for the I-140 approval with 1000 eyes open.
will get I140 approved very soon for both of us.

I-140 VSC->TSC on 5/5/06 and back to VSC on 6/5/06

Anybody experienced this situation? or any inputs, predictions?

My I-140 petition was transferred from VSC->TSC on 5/5/06
and on 6/5/06 again there is an LUD saying TSC->VSC

Regarding RFE

I got RFE to submit original labor and submitted next day, since then there are three LUD changes happend '06/09' '06/13' /06/23',

I don't know what exactly happening.

I have LUDs again on 06/23 and 0624.


This is the LUD pattern.

06/05 , LUDS 06/07,06/09,06/10,06/23 and 06/24

According to the approvals , I shouldn't have any LUD for next 2 weeks.
Later i should have one LUD , which is an approval.

No updates after that...
 
Regarding RFE

I submitted my RFE on 4/6/2006 and LUD pattern is as follows:

04/08/2006, 06/26/2006 and 06/27/2006........no movement since then.
 
Finally My I 140 has been approved , Long wait for me almost 14 months, finally done
Rfe replied : july 9th , Lud changed 13 th, 23 rd approved july 7th.

Hi all,
I am new to this forum. Just got my LC approval notice yesterday and so was looking for info. about 140 filing. I want to know the documents needed for 140 filing and not sure if it will filed at vermont SC or Nebraska? My company is located in NJ so can someone give me an idea about this.
