my friend husband is H4, and he is willing to return back home, what should the best thing to do? since he is out of status for more than a year. Anybody help. Thanks!
 
Your friend's husband can simply leave. No one is going to prevent him from doing so.

in that so, he doesn't need to report or go to immigration to surrender, or just leave and get on the plane? correct me if im wrong.. thanks a lot triple citizen.. appreciates your quick response...
 
thanks alot! after returning back home, and wants to enter US again? does he has a problem to enter again?
